It all happened in a police check point around Omunede new Road junction on the Benin Asaba Expressway at the weekend when one of the policemen, believed to have hailed from the northern part of Nigeria, ran and shouted for help after mistaking Eboka for Ebola.
Those who saw him running at the state of confusion also ran for their lives, while those trapped in their cars that could not immediately run watched hopelessly for the worst to happen.
It was gathered that the Policeman had demanded for the particulars of a privately owned car and shouted at him. With the threatening look on the Mobile Policeman’s face and his gun he was clutching, the car owner was said to have replied him Ebuka, causing the Policeman to take off at a frightening speed and shouting for help.
Other vehicles behind and his colleagues were also said to have run away as well, not until they were told that the car owner’s name was Ebuka not Ebola.
Lol, funny…the policeman was not even patient enough to know if it’s Ebuka or Ebola, all he know be say he hear Ebo…
