#EndSARS: “I am heartbroken” – Beyonce reacts to protest against police brutality in Nigeria

Beyoncé Knowles has joined the league who international celebrities who have lent their voices in the ongoing protests against police brutality in Nigeria.

In a recent post on her Instagram page, the RnB singer reveals that herself and her team have been working on partnerships with youth organizations and coalitions to provide emergency healthcare, food and shelter.

She wrote,

I am heartbroken to see the senseless brutality taking place in Nigeria. There has to be an end to SARS.

We have been working on partnerships with youth organizations to support those protesting for change. We are collaborating with coalitions to provide emergency healthcare, food and shelter.

To our Nigerian sisters and brothers, we stand with you.
