Former Governor Of Edo State, Odigie Oyegun Emerge The New APC National Chairman



Ex-Edo State Governor, Mr John Odigie Oyegun has emerge as the latest Chairman of All Progressive Congress (APC).

Oyegun will now succeed Former Governor Bisi Akande, followed the intense negotiation and horse trading among various contender in the party.

The candidature of Mr. Oyegun was actually promoted by the national party leader and for Governor of Lagos State, Bola Tinubu.

In a meeting held before the commencement of the convention succeeded in convincing the governors to allow the former Governor of Edo state, Mr. Odigie Oyegun to emerge the Chairman.



In the same vein, a new National Secretary also emerge and is in person of Mai Mala Buni from Yobe State who replace Tijani Tunsah.
